Use Of have,has and had in English Grammar


Common mistakes of have,has,and had.

Has, have and Had

Have aur Has dono helping verbs hein jo present tense me possession show karne ke liye use hoti hein.

1. have

Have ka use always plural pronouns or nouns  ke sath possession show karne ke liye hota hota hai. I and You ka case exceptional  hai jabki I and You singular pronouns hein fir bhi inka possession show karne ke liye have ka use hota hai
examples-
I,you,we,they,doctors..etc

[Note-doctors ek plural word hai isliye doctors ke sath have ka use hoga agar yahan sirf doctor hota to yahan singular hone ke karan has ka use hota]
  • I have a pen in my hand.
  • You have enough money in your pocket.
  • They have enough food.
  • We have a party at 6pm.
  • I have a great Gym trainer.
  • I have a personal doctor.
  • Doctor have has a difficult job.[doctor singular hai islie yahan has ka use hua.]
  • Doctors have a difficult job.

2. has

Has ka use always singular pronouns or nouns ka possession show karne ke liye use hota hai. I and You singular hein fir bhi inke sath have ka use hota hai.

3. had

Jis tarah have or has present tense me use hote hain usi tarah had ka use past tense me sabhi singular aur plural pronouns aur nouns ke liye possession show karne liye use hota hai.
